Grilled chicken with warm salsa
Ingredients:
4 skinless chicken breast fillets, over 175g/6oz every
pinch of celery salt
pinch of cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
For the salsa
275g/10oz watermelon
175g/6oz cantaloupe melon
1 tiny crimson onion, finely chopped
2 fresh new green chillies, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons recently squeezed lime juice
4 tablespoons chopped refreshing coriander leaves
pinch of salt
Directions:
First, preheat a grill to medium. Slice the chicken breasts deeply to tempo up the cooking period.
