Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs, skinned
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 pink peppers, seeded and sliced
1 garlic clove, beaten
300ml/10fl oz puréed tomatoes
150ml/5fl oz dry white wine
1 teaspoon dried oregano
400g/14oz canned cooked cannellini beans, weary
3 tablespoons clean breadcrumbs
salt and recently flooring black pepper
Directions:
