Hot Fudge Ooze Cake

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
salt, table
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
butter, without salt
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
sugars, brown
water, bottled, generic

Directions:
Grease a 9-inch pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt.
Stir in milk and melted butter.
Blend in chocolate chips and then spread the mixture into the pan.
In a medium bowl, stir together brown sugar and the remaining 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
Sprinkle over mixture but do not mix it in!
Pour the hot water over the unbaked mixture.
Do not stir!
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve warm with the chocolate sauce from the bottom of the pan.
Serve with ice cream, if desired.
