Thai chicken green curry

3 fresh new crimson chillies, halved lengthways and seeded
3 spring onions, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
11â„2 teaspoons grated lime zest
2 tablespoons recently squeezed lime juice
2 teaspoons gentle soy sauce
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
1 teaspoon flooring ginger
1 teaspoon flooring cumin
1 teaspoon floor coriander
1â„2 teaspoon salt
3 weighty carrots, thinly sliced
450g/1lb minimal crimson potatoes, reduce into chunks
900g/2lb skinless chicken thigh fillets, slash into chunks
400ml/14fl oz milk
3â„4 teaspoon coconut essence
225g/8oz frozen peas
Directions:
First, put the new coriander, chillies, spring onions, garlic, oil, lime zest, lime juice, soy sauce, anchovy paste, ginger, cumin, flooring coriander and salt within a blender or food items processor. Purée to a paste.
