Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients:
sugars, granulated
butter, without salt
vanilla extract
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
In large bowl, beat together sugar, butter, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
If necessary, add more milk until frosting is spreading consistency.
If desired, add a few drops of food coloring.
Stir to blend.
For chocolate, melt 2 squares unsweetened chocolate over very low heat until melted.
Stir into frosting.
