Cheese Cookies
Cheese Cookies
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
cheese, cheddar
salt, table
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
Directions:
Cream butter and cheese.
Mix all ingredients and make into a roll; place in the refrigerator to chill and firm.
Slice and bake at 400 degrees.
Be careful not to over bake as cheese burns easily.
