Creamy Green Pea And Cheese Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
cream, sour, cultured
vinegar, distilled
salt, table
peas, green, frozen, unprepared
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
cheese, cheddar
bacon, meatless
Directions:
Mix lowfat sour cream, vinegar and salt in medium size bowl.
Stir in peas and onions.
Place half the pea mix in a serving bowl.
Top with half the cheese and half the bacon; repeat layers.
Cover and refrigeratetill serving.
