350g/12oz lean pork fillet
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, overwhelmed
25g/1oz undeniable flour
2 tablespoons tomato purée
400ml/14fl oz chicken stock
100g/4oz button mushrooms, sliced
1 substantial green pepper, seeded and diced
1â„2 teaspoon floor nutmeg
4 tablespoons very low-pounds Greek-style and design yogurt
salt and recently floor black pepper
Directions:
First, slim absent any further weight and silver pores and skin versus the pork, then slash the meat into slices 1cm/1â„2within thick.
