It's Raining Cat and Dog Balls! (Treats)

Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
wheat germ, crude
honey
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together, then stir in honey and ground beef until well combined.
Form 3/4-inch to 1-inch balls and bake on greased cookie sheet or silicon sheet at 350F for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through.
They might cook fast, so check frequently.
Cool completely and serve.
Break up large pieces for tiny cat mouths.
