Bird Seed Candy
Ingredients:
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
honey
carob flour
seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
raisins, seeded
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
nuts, walnuts, english
Directions:
Melt together peanut butter (or Sunbutter) and honey until smooth.
Add carob, then add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Spread into an 8x8 pan and cut into pieces.
Wrap individually and refrigerate.
