Beef daube
Ingredients:

1kg/21â„2lb lean braising steak, cubed
50g/2oz undeniable flour, skilled with salt and black pepper

150ml/5fl oz crimson wine
2 tablespoons purple wine vinegar
2 tablespoons tomato purée
1â„2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon chopped fresh new thyme
2 bay leaves
1â„2 teaspoon Cajun spice mixture
Directions:
First, warm the butter inside of a significant large casserole dish. Incorporate the onion wedges and sauté until finally browned upon all aspects. Remove with a slotted spoon and mounted apart.
