Maple Raisin Yogurt With Toasted Walnuts
Ingredients:
nuts, walnuts, english
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
syrup, maple, canadian
raisins, seeded
Directions:
Place the walnuts in a small skillet.
Toast over medium-high heat, tossing often, until crisp and fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Transfer to a dish and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the yogurt and dry milk.
Stir to mix well.
Drizzle with the syrup.
Sprinkle on the walnuts and raisins.
Serve immediately.
