Garlic Scape Pesto
Ingredients:
spices, garlic powder
oil, olive, salad or cooking
nuts, pine nuts, dried
cheese, parmesan, hard
Directions:
Chop garlic scapes into green-bean size pieces and put in food processor or blender.
Add pine nuts and Parmesan cheese.
While blending, slowly add olive oil until mixture is smooth.
Use on pasta, pizza, or mix with sour cream for a delicious dip.
