Spinach & artichoke casserole
Ingredients:
275g/10oz frozen spinach, thawed
450g/1lb mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
175g/6oz marinated artichoke hearts, with liquid
5 eggs, overwhelmed
1 garlic clove, overwhelmed
75g/3oz Parmesan cheese, recently grated
75g/3oz Cheddar cheese,
grated
Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 180°C/ 350°F/Fuel mark 4.
Then, within just a major frying pan, sauté the mushrooms and onion inside the oil right up until the onion is translucent.
Then, blend all the substances in just a major casserole dish and combination properly.
Finally, cook inside the oven, lined, for 30â€"40 minutes. Provide scorching.
