Greek-style and design chickpea casserole
Ingredients:
450g/1lb spinach
25g/1oz butter
1 garlic clove, beaten
400g/14oz canned cooked chickpeas, exhausted
100g/4oz feta cheese, cubed pinch of floor cinnamon
4 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
125ml/4fl oz crème fraîche salt and recently floor
black pepper
Directions:
First, clean the spinach adequately down below operating water, and remove any hard stems. Drain effectively, then reduce into shreds.
Then, warm the butter within just a hefty saucepan, and sauté the spinach and garlic, stirring, for 4 minutes. Include the chickpeas, cheese and cinnamon, and time with salt and pepper. Throw around a smooth warm for 2 minutes.
Finally, increase the tomatoes and crème fraîche, and warmth for the duration of, tossing and stirring. Provide warm. casseroles & stews.
