Ingredients:
900g/2lb cute potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
2 eggs, crushed
50g/2oz butter, melted
50g/2oz gentle brown sugar
225ml/8fl oz buttermilk
1â„4 teaspoon baking powder
1â„4 teaspoon recently grated nutmeg
Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 180°C/ 350°F/Fuel mark 4.
Then, mix all the substances inside of a substantial casserole dish, and merge with each other perfectly.
Finally, bake within just the oven, coated, for 1 hour. Provide incredibly hot.
