Cookie dough no egg for ice cream
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, brown
sugars, granulated
butter, without salt
vanilla extract
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Mix the brown sugar, white sugar and butter until smooth
Stir in the vanilla extract and water
Mix in the flour until blended
Shape into a long sausage if you can.
I put mine flat onto greaseproof paper and wrapped it up.
Place in freezer for upto 2 hours then cut into chunks and mix into ice cream.
Freeze for 15 minutes before serving.
