Brown ï¬sh stew
Ingredients:
900g/2lb pink snapper ï¬llets juice of 2 limes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon pimento berries
1 garlic clove, chopped
1â„2 new crimson chilli, seeded and chopped
2 onions, sliced
salt and recently flooring black pepper
Directions:
