Veggie Okazu
Ingredients:
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
beans, snap, green, raw
broccoli, raw
water, bottled, generic
sugars, granulated
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until evenly brown; drain excess fat.
Stir in green beans, broccoli and about 1 cup water.
Cover and cook until beans and broccoli are tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
Mix sugar and soy sauce together until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over ground beef and mix well.
Cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
