Make Ahead Cookie Mix
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
salt, table
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together the butter, salt and baking powder.
Gradually stir in flour.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
