Directions:
Place all the dough ingredients in bread machine pan and select dough cycle.
Add more flour or water, if necessary, to form a soft, smooth dough.
( If you are using a stand mixer, knead it for 7 to 10 minutes and let it rest for 1 hour before shaping the rolls.
).
When cycle is finished, turn dough in a floured surface and cut it in 12 pieces.
I usually cut the dough in 3 pieces and divide them in half, then, each piece in half again.
Shape into balls.
Place them in a greased 13X9 inch pan.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder and dash of salt.
Brush the rolls with the mixture and sprinkle them with parmesan cheese.
Turn on the oven for 1 minute, turn it off and put the pan ( uncovered ) inside of the warm oven.
Let the rolls rise for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Set the oven at 350 degrees F and bake the rolls for 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
Serve warm.
