Pineapple and Pecan Cheese Ball
Ingredients:
cheese, parmesan, hard
pineapple, raw, all varieties
nuts, pecans
peppers, sweet, green, raw
onions, raw
salt, table
Directions:
Cream the cream cheese.
Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup of the chopped pecans.
Chill.
Form into a ball and roll in the reserved pecans.
