Brown Sugar Sweet Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
sweet potato, raw, unprepared
sugars, brown
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt
orange juice, raw
salt, table
Directions:
Combine mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, light margarine, orange juice, and salt in a med saucepan.
Cook over med heat 5 minutes or possibly till smooth and thoroughly heated, stirring often.
Stir in 2 - 3 Tbsp water, if nec.
Yield 4 (1/2 C) servings
