Oregon Blackberry Bar-B-Q Sauce

Ingredients:
blackberries, raw
honey
catsup
sugars, brown
spices, ginger, ground
spices, pepper, black
salt, table
sauce, ready-to-serve, pepper, tabasco

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor till smooth.
Heat in saucepan till slightly thickened.
Mop on chicken or salmon during last few minutes of grilling.
Pass extra sauce for dipping.
