Mexican nacho casserole

Ingredients:

450g/1lb minced beef
1 tablespoon dried combined herbs
100g/4oz canned refried beans
50g/2oz onions, chopped
200g/7oz nacho chips
1 green pepper, seeded and diced
100g/4oz Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 200°C/ 400°F/Fuel mark 6.
Then, cook the minced beef and herbs inside a frying pan, blending very well and stirring to split up any lumps.
Then, spread the refried beans inside of the backside of a medium casserole dish, then sprinkle with the onions. Layer the meat in excess of the beans. Bake within the oven for 15 minutes.
Finally, tuck the nacho chips near the edges of the casserole, then ultimate with the pepper and cheese, and bake for a more 5 minutes. Provide routinely. casseroles & stews.
