Double Apple Cinnamon Smoothie
Ingredients:
apple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid
spices, cinnamon, ground
soymilk, original and vanilla, unfortified
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
apples, raw, with skin
Directions:
Combine in blender.
Cover & blend at high speed for 1 minute.
Pour into frosty mugs if desired!
