Anchovy tart

Ingredients:
10 anchovy fillets within just oil, fatigued
350g/12oz shortcrust pastry
300g/11oz onions, chopped
90ml/31⁄2fl oz olive oil
7 black olives, pitted and halved
1 teaspoon dried fennel recently floor black pepper

Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gasoline mark 6. Grease a baking sheet with butter.
Then, roll out the dough to a 20cm/8inside sq., 5mm/1/2inside of thick. Stage upon the baking sheet and roll the edges to deliver a rim. Prick the dough all more than.
Then, fry the onion inside of 75ml/3fl oz olive oil until eventually golden and spread above the dough.
Then, soak the anchovies inside of water for a number of minutes, then rinse and dry them upon kitchen area paper.
Then, prepare the anchovies higher than the onion within a diamond form. Adorn each individual diamond with the halved olives and sprinkle with recently floor pepper, the fennel and the remainder of the olive oil.
