Warm Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients:
pascha, organic bitter-sweet dark chocolate chips,
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
Directions:
Put chocolate in a bowl.
Bring cream to a boil in a small saucepan, then pour over chocolate and whisk until smooth.
Keep warm, covered, until ready to serve.
