Ingredients:

2 garlic cloves, sliced

2 new purple chillies, seeded and chopped

450g/1lb egg noodles
100g/4oz green beans
225g/8oz beansprouts
50g/2oz garlic chives
2 tablespoons gentle soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
