Tagliolini with herbs
Ingredients:
50g/2oz refreshing thyme, chopped
75g/3oz new sage, chopped
50g/2oz new mint, chopped
50g/2oz fresh new marjoram, chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
125ml/4fl oz further virgin olive oil
500g/1lb 2oz tagliolini (much too identified as taglierini)
100g/4oz Parmesan cheese, recently grated
2 tomatoes, slash into wedges

Directions:
First, put the thyme, sage, mint and marjoram inside a bowl with the garlic and the oil. Depart for at minimum 1 hour, stirring from time to time.
Then, deliver a pan of frivolously salted boiling water to the boil, and cook the pasta until finally al dente. Drain.
Finally, throw the pasta with the herb dressing. Provide sprinkled with the Parmesan and a minimal salt, and crowned with the tomatoes. pasta, grains & pulses.
