All Natural High-Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

nuts, walnuts, english
spices, cinnamon, ground
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
cheese, cottage, creamed, large or small curd
raisins, seeded

Directions:
