BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
catsup
water, bottled, generic
vinegar, cider
sugars, brown
sugars, granulated
spices, pepper, black
spices, onion powder
mustard, prepared, yellow
lemon juice, raw
sauce, worcestershire
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to simmer.
Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, for 1 hour 15 minutes.
TIPS:
Instead of katchup use chili sauce (Heinz)
Instead of apple cider vinegar use red wine vinegar
Instead of water use beer
OTHER ITEMS YOU CAN ADD IF YOU WANT:
1/2 T. Liquid smoke
Garlic
Paprika
Cumin
Honey
Franks Red Hot
