& goat’s cheese salad
Ingredients:
250g/9oz goat’s cheese
1 bunch of watercress leaves
1 tablespoon chopped refreshing tarragon
1 tablespoon chopped refreshing flat-leaf parsley
2 spring onions, finely sliced
75g/3oz peas
100g/4oz vast beans, skinned
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon recently grated
Parmesan cheese
salt and flooring black pepper
Directions:
