Whole Wheat Muffins
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
seeds, flaxseed
salt, table
sugars, granulated
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
egg substitute, powder
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, except whole wheat flour.
Add whole wheat flour.
Beat egg beaters, milk and shortening together.
Stir into dry ingredients just enough to dampen.
Bake 400F 15-18 mins.
