Bamboo shoot salad

Ingredients:
400g/14oz canned complete bamboo shoots
25g/1oz lengthy-grain rice
2 tablespoons chopped shallots
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
3 tablespoons chopped spring onion
2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1⁄2 teaspoon dried crimson chilli flakes
20 little refreshing mint leaves
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

Directions:
First, rinse and drain the bamboo shoots, then cut and fixed apart inside of a serving bowl.
Then, dry-roast the rice within just a major frying pan until eventually it is golden brown. Remove and grind to great crumbs taking a mortar and pestle.
Then, idea the floor rice into a bowl. Insert the shallots, garlic, spring onions, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, chilli flakes and fifty percent of the mint leaves. Combine very carefully.
