11⁄2 cups purified water
2 medium or 3 low frozen bananas, minimize into 1-inch chunks
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil, unfiltered desired
1 tablespoon uncooked honey, uncooked agave nectar, or maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt
Guidelines
1. Lower the avocado inside fifty percent lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
2. Put the avocado, water, bananas, flaxseed oil, honey, and salt in a blender and mix on high until tremendous creamy and thick, about 30 seconds.
