Thai noodle salad
Ingredients:
250g/9oz slim instantaneous noodles
450g/1lb cooked massive prawns, peeled, deveined and halved lengthways
5 spring onions, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped contemporary coriander leaves
1 pink pepper, chopped
100g/4oz mangetout, sliced
For the dressing
2 tablespoons grated clean root ginger
2 tablespoons gentle soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
75ml/3fl oz purple wine vinegar
1 tablespoon cute chilli sauce
2 garlic cloves (beaten)
75ml/3fl oz kecap manis
Directions:
First, to create the dressing, put the components within a huge bowl, and whisk jointly with a fork.
