Black bean & salsa salad
Ingredients:
425g/15oz canned sweetcorn kernels, worn out
425g/15oz canned black beans, fatigued
200g/7oz celery, chopped
100g/4oz onion, chopped
50g/2oz clean coriander, chopped
175g/6oz prepared-published salsa
25ml/1fl oz crimson wine vinegar
Directions:
First, put the sweetcorn, beans, celery, onion and coriander inside of a weighty bowl, and mixture effectively. Combination the salsa and vinegar alongside one another. Pour more than the salad, and throw nicely.
Finally, address and refrigerate for at minimum amount 1 hour prior to serving.
