Tomato & bean salad

Ingredients:
225g/8oz vast beans
225g/8oz French beans, crowned and tailed
150ml/5fl oz olive oil
1 garlic clove, overwhelmed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons chopped fresh new basil leaves
100g/4oz mozzarella cheese, diced
700g/11?2lb cherry tomatoes, halved
salt and recently floor
black pepper

Directions:
First, cook the large beans inside of flippantly salted boiling water for pertaining to 3 minutes, then drain.
Then, cook the French beans within flippantly salted boiling salted water for 7â€"10 minutes, then drain.
Then, put the oil, garlic and lemon juice within just a blender or foods processor, and whiz to mix. Stir inside the chopped basil and seasoning.
