Coconut Brittle Cake Topping

Ingredients:
sugars, brown
butter, without salt
cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
nuts, walnuts, english
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt

Directions:
Combine brown sugar, butter and cream in bowl, mix well.
Add coconut, nuts, and rice krispies.mix well.
Spread topping over warm cake.
Broil 3" from heat source for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
