Fruited Squash Muffins
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
honey
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
orange juice, raw
spices, cinnamon, ground
egg substitute, powder
orange juice, raw
oil, canola
seeds, pumpkin and squash seeds, whole, roasted, without salt
cranberries, dried, sweetened
raisins, seeded
dates, deglet noor
Directions:
Mix the flours, honey, baking powder, orange zest and cinnamon.
Blend in the egg, orange juice, canola oil and cooked squash to form a batter.
Add the cranberries, raisins, and chopped dates and stir to blend.
Pour into muffin tin and bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
