Sweet and Sour Kale
Ingredients:
kale, raw
peppers, sweet, green, raw
oil, olive, salad or cooking
vinegar, cider
salt, table
sweetener, syrup, agave
Directions:
In bowl, combine kale, red pepper, olive oil, vinegar and salt.
Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
Add agave nectar and toss to combine.
