Ingredients:
1 tablespoon powdered gelatine
150ml/5fl oz vegetable stock
1 heavy avocado
2 teaspoons recently squeezed lemon juice
4 tablespoons small-calorie mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons snipped refreshing chives

Directions:
First, inside a minor bowl, merge the gelatine with 50ml/2fl oz chilly water, and go away to melt for a number of minutes. Stand the bowl within a pan of carefully simmering water, and stir until eventually the gelatine comprehensively dissolves. Stir within the stock and go away to awesome.
Then, halve the avocado, remove the stone and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash perfectly with the lemon juice. Battle in just the mayonnaise, and flavour with the Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces. Stir inside the chives. Stir the cooled stock into the avocado mix.
Finally, divide in between 4 lower dishes and chill until eventually fastened. Provide chilly. starters & canapés.
