Black Walnut Butter Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
cornstarch
sugars, granulated
sugars, granulated
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream butter.
Combine flour, cornstarch and sugar: add in to butter and mix well.
Stir in walnuts.
Roll in to 3/4 inch balls and place 1 inch apart on greased baking sheets.
Bake at 300 degrees for 20-25 min or possibly till set.
Cold on wire racks.
Dust with confectioners' sugar.
Yield: 6dozen.
