lemon juice, raw
celery, raw
carrots, raw
raisins, seeded
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
Directions:
Toss apples with lemon juice.
Add celery, carrots, and raisins.
Fold yogurt into apple mixture.
Cover and chill for at least one-hour before serving.
Refrigerate leftovers.
