Homemade Eatmore Bars
Ingredients:
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
syrups, corn, light
sugars, brown
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt
oil, corn, peanut, and olive
seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried
Directions:
In a sauce pan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, corn syrup, brown sugar, and peanut butter, stirring frequently until smooth.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl.
When melted, pour chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon until fully combined.
Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper (or grease it well).
Spread mixture into pan evenly.
Chill for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Cut into bars (I do three rows with five bars each) and wrap individually in aluminium foil.
Store in the refrigerator.
