Wild Rice Salad
Ingredients:
wild rice, raw
cherries, sweet, raw
pickles, cucumber, sour
celery, raw
nuts, almonds
fresh red onions,
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
oil, olive, salad or cooking
lemon juice, raw
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
sugars, granulated
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, tomatoes, cucumber, celery, almonds, onion, salt and pepper.
Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
