Tomato & carrot soup

Ingredients:
400g/14oz canned chopped tomatoes
2 hefty carrots, grated
1 very little onion, finely chopped
300ml/10fl oz vegetable stock
(produced with 1 stock dice)
1 teaspoon dried oregano pinch of grated nutmeg pinch of salt
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon chopped refreshing flat-leaf parsley

Directions:
First, put all the components except if the parsley within just a hefty saucepan and carry to the boil, stirring. Prevent the warm, element-include and simmer for 30 minutes.
Finally, discard the bay leaf, ladle the soup into bowls and provide incredibly hot, garnished with the parsley.
