Captain Courageous
Ingredients:
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
alcoholic beverage, distilled, rum, 80 proof
pineapple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid
Directions:
Pour the coconut rum into a collins glass half-filled with ice cubes.
Add pineapple juice, and stir.
Float dark rum on top, and enjoy.
