Ingredients:

cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
butter, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
Combine and stir ~this makes a medium-density frosting but if you want a thinner frosting you can add a tablespoon or so more milk
